Dates: December 10–24, 2025

Timeline

Dec 10 — Campaign kick-off. Accepting donations of warm coats, blankets, and nonperishables.
Dec 15 — Volunteer sorting & meal-prep session.
Dec 20 — Street outreach: hot meal service and coat distribution in central Ocala.
Dec 24 — Christmas Eve gathering: carols, community table, and reflection.

Objectives

  • Serve 250 hot meals across distribution sites.
  • Provide 150 warm coats and winter accessories.
  • Reach at least 400 neighbors with practical care and kindness.
